Cosmic Shimmer Flake & Glitter Glue is an adhesive that remains tacky when applied to any craft project. It can also be applied to a rubber stamp using sponge or foam. Stamp image on paper and cover with glitter or gilding flakes. The glue can also be sponged through masks or stencils onto projects. Wash glue off with warm water.
